CASSAVA CAKE

2 pounds grated cassava (store bought )
Canned of coconut milk
Canned of evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs

TOPPINGS :
1/2 condensed milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or mozarella cheese

DRAIN THE WATER OF THE GRATED CASSAVA
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE TOPPINGS
BAKE 380 FOR 50 MINUTES
REDUCE THE HEAT TO 350, ADD THE TOPPINGS AND CONTINUE COOKING FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES
KEEP AN EYE TO YOUR TOPPINGS. DO NOT BURN THE CHEESE

YOU CAN BUY GRATED CASSAVA TO ANY CHINESE STORE NEAR YOUR PLACE. TOPPINGS IS OPTIONAL.
