    For the Milk and Butter option, the milk has to be room temperature and butter melted warm (NOT HOT), hot butter will curdle in the milk. If you maintain the above temperatures it will definitely mix, donโ€™t forget to whisk while pouring the butter in the milk.
    But keep in mind this option does not whip.

    I just attempted to make the evaporated milk and although I kept stirring the entire time, I kept ending up with the film on the stringy film on the top of the milk. Should I continue to scrape that off the top, or just continue to stir and skim it off at the end, or hope that it mixes together? Or should that not be happening at all?
