HOW TO MAKE EASY SEAFOOD RICE!!

INGREDIENTS
* Please adjust this your liking*

Desired amount of seafood of choice:
Crab meat, 1/4 lb shrimp ( peeled and deveined ).. crawfish tails ( meat removed ) .. scallops, sausage is also good with this !

1/2 Cup bell pepper and onion mix or more to taste
1/4 celery ( chopped or frozen)
2 bay leaves ( optional )
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs butter
3 tbs cooking oil
1/ 1/2 cup jasmine rice ( or cauliflower rice to make this keto)
1 cup white wine ( doesn’t matter as long as its not sweet)
3 cups stock of choice ( beef stock, chicken stock etc )

seasoning mix: ( Combine all ingredients in a bowl )
This is is also to taste *
1 tsp salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning
1 -2 tbs cajun seasoning
1 tbs paprika
1-2 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs chicken boullion powder or accent

* note* The sauce recipe was used for a salmon pasta dish. I used the same sauce and salmon from the pasta recipe for this particular recipe, I added the same seasonings I used in this rice recipe,
* do not add in the pasta when making the sauce, instead pour on top of rice !

    For you guys that said it’s too salty, DO NOT USE ALL OF THE SEASONING IN YOUR RICE! You only need a couple of teaspoons of it. Save some for salmon and cream sauce. And you should still have more than half of the seasoning mix left over. Don’t worry about rinsing the rice either. The rice doesn’t stick together so don’t worry about rinsing. Follow everything else and it should be amazing.
