Pork stew recipe – pork tenderloin or pork loin recipes with vegetables. This recipe is also known as Pork Guisado/Gisado (Filipino food), or as Carne Guisada recipe (Mexican food). Great dinner ideas, best serve with steamed rice. Easy (boneless) pork tenderloin or pork loin meat stew/stewed recipes with healthy vegetables like carrots, potato/potatoes and green beans. Simple seasoning/flavoring added to season both the meat and the veggies: simply soy sauce and white vinegar, optional also salt and ground black pepper, if desired but not necessary. This recipe could work in slow cooker or crock pot just simmer at low heat until all is tender and cooked. This stewed recipe works really well with steamed white rice. I'd use peanut oil instead, higher smoke point. Also, add the soy sauce later, it will fry and burn in oil

Extra 1/2 portion rice vinegar for every portion of white vinegar, and instead of water, try bouillon paste I.e. Better than bouillon in pork flavor or w/e and water(it's MUCH better than the cubes) it will add flavor and you can cut some of the soy sauce, also Worcestershire sauce would work I'm sure

Hi what if I use 1lb pork only, I'm not really a cook so I would like to know the measurements especially the condiments used. Thank you!
