Serves 4 pax
Marinated chicken ingredients
280g of chicken thigh – cut into bite size pieces
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
A few dashes of white pepper
1.5 tablespoons of cornflour
5g of ginger – sliced thinly
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 cup of water
1 carrot – cut into chunks
2 tablespoons of water
1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of light sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
370g of broccoli
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
