Green Beans Amandine
Ingredients:
24 ounces green beans
1 cup sliced almonds
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 Tbs minced garlic
8 Tbs unsalted butter
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 Tbs (18g) fried onions

Makes 10 Servings

    Fried onions: You can make your own, it's super easy. Just drop thinly sliced onions into hot oil or deep fryer. They will shrink considerably, but remove before they burn and salt to taste. So easy and flavorful!

    Looks like a good recipe UNTIL I saw you drain the bacon grease and waste of a paper towel removing the delicious healthy bacon grease, you're obviously not a true ketogenic person do some research and forget this crap about avoiding saturated fat!!!!!!!!
