How To Make Cheesy Ground Turkey Meatballs – Keto & Gluten Free



This is my best recipe for juicy turkey meatballs in tomato sauce covered with melted cheese. The meatball recipe is keto approved and gluten free, and really easy to make. They key to this recipe is buying ground turkey thighs, they have more fat and will be much more juicy than lean ground meat. Season the ground turkey meat well, sear them in a hot non-stick pan, and let them cook for 25 minutes in tomato sauce. Transfer the turkey meatballs to a shallow dish, cover with grated mozzarella cheese, ans broil for a few minutes. Enjoy! Bobby…Dessi…Art XOXO

Was anyone else confused when he said "sprinkle the motz"?? Went to the recipe page and saw "mozzarella" then realized I had a brain fart. Thought it was some apple-sauce derivative πŸ˜‚

I made these last night for dinner and they were amazing! They kept wanting to fall apart when I was browning them but I think it was my fault (I’ve never made meatballs before) I think I used too much oil and I was a little too rough when flipping them lol instead of mozzarella on top I used cheddar and a little pepper jack but I’ll definitely be making these again!

I made this the other day and have to say this is the BEST meatball recipe ever. I’m not even going to even bother looking for another. This is it for me. The end. Thank you!

Great recipy! I've just made mine. I didn't have parmigiano nor pegorino, so I used smoked radammer cheese. But still it went out delicious!

Wow that looks so good ! I’m definitely gonna make some soon . Wondering could you use coconut oil instead of olive oil ?
