PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME !!!’ I being watching your videos and for the first time ism understanding a little. I became sick in 2010 and was paralized for two years, I am now walking but very slow. Exercise is not good for me. I am still on treatments. My leg nerves are dead, any functions from brain to les get lost. I am 60 year will be on Wed.
