Simple and TastyLuncheon Meat Afritada

Our #EatsAHack Luncheon Meat Afritada is made tastier by UFC Ready Recipes Afritada!


1 can (350 g) luncheon meat, cut into cubes
1 pc carrot, cubed
6 pc saging na saba, peeled and cubed (medium ripe)
1 pouch (200 g) UFC Ready Recipes Menudo or Afritada Sauce
1 can (400 g ) UFC Green Peas, drained
UFC Fine Salt and UFC Ground Pepper (to taste)

1.) Boil 2 cups water. Add carrot and saba. Season with UFC Salt and UFC Pepper. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.

2.) Add UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Sauce and luncheon meat. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes , stirring occasionally . Add UFC Green peas. Allow to simmer.

Makes 8-10 servings
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
