In this new playlist I will make more tasty food and will try to make it even more tasty than before! In this second episode chicken adobo! At Pinoy Planet I like to cook Filipino food in all kind of varieties so please enjoy this new series in 2022!
PART 1 (LECHON BELLY):
Add some cooking oil to a pan and briefly fry the chicken drum sticks on medium to high heat golden brown on both sides and set aside. Then Add chopped garlic and onions and fry a bit. Afterwards add the chicken back and and cane vinegar from the Philippines + authentic soy sauce! Then add black pepper, salt, bay leaves and one finely chopped chili. Cover and gently boil for about 20 min, then flip over and repeat for another 20 minutes. Serve with warm rice!! Tastes even better the next day! Filipino style!!
