Brown Butter Christmas M&M Cookie Bars | #HolidayBaking

Check out the recipe here:
Have you ever tried browning your butter? It’s literally a GAME CHANGER for baking.
Thank you for watching! You guys are AWESOME!!

-1/2 cup brown butter (or you can just melt your butter like normal)
-1/4 cup white sugar
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1 egg
-2 tsps vanilla
-1 cup flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/3 cup chocolate chips
-1/3 cup M&Ms

What is brown butter?
Brown butter is just regular butter that has been cooked for longer. Cooking the butter for longer creates a nutty flavour that enhances the recipe a ton!
As the butter melts, continuously swirl it in your pan. It can go from brown to burnt quickly, so be careful! Don’t leave the stovetop during this crucial point.

Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes
