    electrolytes at doctors recommendation
    because of a medical condition so I can’t
    do completely SOS free but I do limit any
    added oils and refined sugars in my diet

  11. How do you eat once your at maintenance?
    If someone was overweight and finally lost all the weight they desired to lose how do they maintain it in a starch based diet ? Do they still limit their fat intake ?

    Thanks for all the yummy ideas! To help the flour not clump in the gravy, I have an easy trick that might work. I do this usually with corn starch, when adding to hot liquids (to prevent clumping)…. you just take a small amount of tap water (the coldest you can get) and stir the corn starch into it. It's about a 1 to 2 ratio, cornstarch to water…. I believe it's called a "slurry." Then you should be able to pour the slurry into the hot liquid without clumps : ) Good luck!
