Hyderabadi Stir Fry recipe is made by mom mostly in lunch,i was delighted to have this recipe of Stir fry chicken since my childhood it has a flavour of sweet bell peppers with aroma of spices ,its a very unique recipe made with boneless chicken breast cooked to perfection to relish your taste buds .
Stir Fry Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 400 gm
Bell pepper 2 (big size peppers of different color)
Diced onions 1 Medium size
Chopped tomatoes 3 Medium Size
Olive Oil 2 TBS
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 Tbs
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbs
Salt as per your taste
Handful of chopped Cilantro
Tip : To enhance the flavour of this recipe add Dried Fenugreek leaves .
Cooking Steps for stir fry chicken:
Stir Fry Chicken is cooked in 20 minutes it dont need marination time ,just add olive oil in a pan heat it up on medium flame then add boneless chicken stir it for about 2 to 3 minutes so that you quote all chicken pieces with oil ,
then add chopped tomatoes and other spices (black pepper,chilli powder ,ginger garlic paste,turmeric and salt) let it cook on medium flame with lid close.
Chicken will release water wait till water drys out then add peppers,diced onion and stir it for about 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame and then close the lid of pan let it cook for another 5 minutes on low flame .
once the chicken is all dry with peppers and onion its ready to served garnish with dried fenugreek leaves to add more flavour to this recipe.Enjoy it with Roti or Flatbread
