  19. Eric Choo says:

First of all, i like your kitchen lol. Secondly, i wouldn't use chili oil to fry rice cos it would be too oily for the rice(not even Lao Gan Ma chilli oil). Thirdly, it's very hard to chew or digest dried chili so I believe after you finish this bowl of rice all has left is the dried chili so I rather use chili paste instead. Lastly, spring onion sprinkles on top as garnish would taste even better than fried with the rice. Above is just my own opinion no hard feelings. God bless

  32. Doot says:

This turned out pretty great. For the dried peppers, a lot probably depends on what kind of peppers you have. What I do is remove the seeds and cut them in half, cook with them, and then take them out or eat around them.

  33. Anshuman Misra says:

Nice. With pre cooked rice, this is probably a 5-7 min recipe. Oh, and I'd keep the seeds of the dry chili 🙂

  34. GOLD WOLF says:

3:01 "Add one and a half tbsp of soy sauce"
And that's how you measure it! Well, that's how I measure stuff too! 😂
Just made this using the cheapest rice. Excellent! I usually use the aromatic jasmine rice from Thailand but it's a bit expensive, and this recipe makes the cheap stuff taste GREAT!

  42. Sherry Roberts says:
