1 Teaspoon of sodium soy sauce + 1 Teaspoon of honey

Chicken salad with fruit:

1/4 cup of quinoa
2 Oz of chickpeas, canned or boiled
10 Cherry tomatoes
1 Medium green onion
1 Tablespoon of parsley
Salt & Black pepper
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
Tomato quinoa salad
6 Walnut halves
Salt
4 Oz of chicken breast
2 Tablespoon of greek yogurt
1 Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 Teaspoon of honey
1/8 Teaspoon of salt
1/2 Apple
1/2 Cup of halved grapes
1 Oz of spinach

Ground turkey and rice:
1 Teaspoon of olive oil
1 Garlic clove
1/4 Cup of red onion
1/4 Cup of red bell pepper
4 Oz of ground turkey
1/8 Teaspoon of chilli powder
1/8 Teaspoon of dried oregano
Salt and black pepper
3 Oz of crushed tomato
1/2 Cup of cooked brown rice
