    10 kgs in a month?! That's a tall claim girl. No person in sane mind would make suh bold statements. Weight loss of course depends upon the weight, age, height and other factors of a person. It is subjective.
    I am 50 kg, am I going to lose 10 kgs in one month if I eat these and become underweight?! Not at all. And losing that much means starving myself, only then will it happen.
    For a person to lose 10 kg, he needs to be REAL FAT. Overweight.

    People, don't go by the claims of the title of the vdo. Losing 3-4kg a month is healthy and generally this is what is going to happen if you're eating clean and working out a little.
    Don't believe the title.
