*Note: This dish was made for dinner. I kept it light and low in carbohydrates. If you are someone who is trying to gain healthy weight and want to add carbs/cals to this dish, feel free to throw in noodles, rice, potatoes or even quinoa!

Healthy Dinner Ideas | Protein & Veggies

INGREDIENTS:
Marinade For Meat:
Fresh Cut Garlic (thinly sliced)
Coconut Aminos (healthier replacement for soy sauce)
2 Ziploc Bags

Protein: Lean Meats
2 Organic Grass-Fed Beef Sirloin
Organic Free-Range Chicken Breast

Vegetables + Their Benefits:
Kale (vitamin A + K + B + C, calcium, potassium, anti-oxidants, protein)
White Onion (vitamin B, fiber, folic acid, anti-oxidants)
Shiitaki Mushrooms (vitamin B + D, iron, fiber, zinc, choline)
Red Pepper (vitamin A + C, anti-oxidants, potassium, folic acid, fiber)
Broccolini (vitamin A + K + C, folate, calcium, iron)

Spices + Their Benefits:
Organic Garlic Cloves (fiber, selenium, vitamin B + C, potassium)
Ground Pepper (manganese, vitamin K, calcium, fiber, iron)
Turmeric (strong anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, cancer-killer)

*Tip: Add ginger to this dish for more vitamins and nutrients like potassium, calcium, vitamins B + C, etc.

Loved that recipe, I don't like mushrooms but after watching this I'm gonna give 'em another try. I think I'll serve it over quinoa. Another thing, where can I find the coconut amino?

Loveee that you cook with a ton of garlic. Garlic is the best. I make my own homemade vegan pesto aoili with garlic in it as a healthy dressing! I suggest you try to make some, you'll be addicted. πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

How long are you cooking your meats? You mentioned in another videos comments section, that meat shouldn't be overcooked.
