    I tried the Tuna,avacado and rice with coconut aminos I added siracha and roasted sweet potatoes. Next day I made it with chicken no sweet potatoes but added some fresh cilantro. Both super yummy. Thanks for the idea!💕

    I had to dislike this video because you didn’t provide mixed balanced macro meals. Aside from the tuna one, they were all so low in protein! If you don’t eat enough protein you get hungry and want to over eat. Plus you need it for muscle maintenance!

    Maryana, I tried the tuna avocado rice bowl and OMG I used the garlic quinoa rice blend by uncle bens the 90 second quick rice and chunky white albacore tuna and the avocado Ofcourse and it’s delicious thank you for the wonderful idea!!!😍🙌🏻🎉
