T Y P E D R E C I P E S:
Spaghetti Marinara Sauce
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 LB pasta
3 cloves Garlic
2 tsp dried basil
Olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Sauté your onion in the olive oil until soft, add your garlic, basil, sugar, and crushed tomatoes. (Add 1/4 cup of water for a thinner sauce) Simmer for at least 20 minutes. Serve with pasta

Turkey and Rice
1LB ground Turkey
1 box Spanish Rice a roni
14 oz diced tomatoes
1 tsp Taco seasoning
Cook your Turkey then add the 1tsp of taco seasoning along with 3tbs of water scrape the bits off the bottom of the pan. Now add in the diced tomatoes, rice a roni follow the box instructions for water/ cooking time. Cover and cook

Chicken Fajitas
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 chicken breast
Fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
Olive oil
Chop your veggies and set aside add 1tbs oil to your pan, add the chicken season on both sides, cook chicken through then set aside. Now add an additional tablespoon of oil to the pan and cook your veggies. Once veggies are cooked add your sliced chicken back in the pan to warm through. Serve on a tortilla with cheese and sour cream!

Rice Casserole:
1 cup rice, cooked
1 pound turkey sausage, sliced
1 head broccoli, cut up
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken broth
Olive oil
Brown your sausage in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, once browned add a little water and scrape the bottom of the pan. Add the reminder of the ingredients, place into a casserole dish bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes

4 Can Minestrone
14 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz canned corn
15 oz can of ready minestrone soup
15 oz drained and rinsed black beans
Frozen bag of mixed vegetables
1/2-2 cups of chicken broth
1tsp Italian seasoning
Add all the ingredients into a large pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

    The soup recipe is great and if you don't have soup on hand, you can use some of the sausage from the casserole and elbow macaroni is less than $1 for a 1 pound box, and use pantry spices to season. Great recipes!

    Bell pepper seems to hurt my stomach I love it so I buy the small peppers and they seem to be a lot milder and their way cheaper than regular bell peppers any colour and they last forever in your refrigerator I pick up 2 every time I go I'm raising 11 year old and he loves them filled with Chihuahua cheese and then we bake them.     Try sweet potato oatmeal
    It's easy make the oatmeal as always and use mashed sweet potatoes butter maple syrup and brown sugar mixwell it is amazing I don't know if someone has made this before but I tried it in my instapot last month or the children just making an experiment and again it was amazing

    Ramen stir fry:
    1 or 2 bags of instant ramen
    1 bag of frozen stir fry veggies
    Half bag of frozen edamane (out of pod)
    Soy sauce or coco administration

    Cook veggies and edamame in skillet with some oil. Boil the noodles and drain. Add noodles to veggies and add soy sauce. You can also do housing or oyster sauce instead. Sprinkle with sesane seeds if you like. Add a scrambled eggs too if you want. Less than $3 and feeds a family of 4.

    Ground chicken and turkey was expensive at my local grocery but pork sausage was on sale so I subbed that in. My family loved the Spanish rice dish
    They added taco mix cheese and sour cream. Even my pregnant daughter went back for seconda.

    I must say you're a very nice young girl and I kind of feel sorry for you but cuz there's so many people to get food stamps and stuff that don't even need them to sell drugs and I'm really proud of you I don't even know you but you get a good job there and some of the bills I'm watching is pretty good too cuz it's only me and my boyfriend now so you give me a lot of good ideas cuz I don't like eating a whole lot either so God bless you and have a great summer with your kids
