    I think the safest way to cut the squash is to microwave for a few minutes then it has some give so the knife doesn’t easily slip

    Guys. lost a ton of fat doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'm going to give you some tips right now. Get a popular fat burn diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritionary intake. While they might induce fast weight loss, these diet plans are never a long-term answer for your waistline.     Don't think of spaghetti squash as spaghetti, it's too sweet. I found it better to eat with just some butter salt and pepper. Of course if you are one that puts a lot of sugar in your sauce I suppose it would be fine, without adding sugar to your sauce.
