    Who ever it is making these recipes , I noticed that u are wearing a ring on ur thumb . Sadhguru recently told in video that one shouldn’t wear rings or any metal on thumbs and big toe .. this will attract extreme negative energies that one couldn’t handle . Please if u want to know check it n plz remove or stop wearing that ring on thumb if u value my suggestion based on sash guru’s opinion abt it .
