In this video, I’ll show you a quick recipe for an amazing drink for blood sugars, insulin resistance, and even diabetes. I like to combine the ingredients in a pint mason jar.

First, I add one teaspoon of cinnamon. It has powerful anti-diabetic properties. Then I like to use fresh ginger. I grate one teaspoon and add it to the jar. Ginger has amazing phytochemicals, and properties for health — specifically, blood sugars.

Of course, we can’t forget apple cider vinegar! I like Bragg’s. I add one tablespoon, but you can use two. Next, add two to four tablespoons of organic lemon juice. It’s great for a keto and intermittent fasting program to prevent kidney stones.

Last, fill the jar with filtered or carbonated water. Put the lid on and shake to combine.

I make a couple of these every day, store them in the refrigerator, and drink both of them daily. Sometimes I drink one with a meal, but not always.

This channel changed my life! I have receding depression, anxiety and i spent half a year in a mental health hospital. There i found this channel. Against a lot of resistance (i had to fight to push to change the diet that‘s being served or i cooked myself) i started with keto diet. I weighed just about 200 lbs (99.7kg, i‘m from Switzerland), i have heavy reflux (stomach fluids going up my throat) that i should get surgery for when i stay overweight, high blood pressure and i needed lots of meds for that. Now i lost 30 lbs (15kg) in 2 months. I‘m back home since two weeks. Desoite all existential sorrows, i manage to pull through this diet. I have energy and it almost makes me nervous, because i don‘t know where to put it in. I‘m on a small budget, but because i‘m less hungry (i eat once a day now without the feeling of renouncing to eat or starving), i can buy quality food. I even save money. I read all the packages for ingredients. I bought a keto recipe book in a store, but i don‘t need it. I just have a simple diet plan with my favourite veggies, mushrooms, eggs, salad, and i change meats to have some variety. I keep it simple, try to only use one pan to cook veggies, bacon, eggs and put the meat on the bbq. I like to move my body, wirk in the garden, go help a farmer (small farm, lots of manual labour) every now and then. I started to do push ups (my favourite exercise). It looked and sounded almost to good to be true (mostly it isn‘t in life) but it was true. I liked coca cola. I loose weight slower now than in the beginning but i don‘t care, i just feel better day by day. I don‘t weigh daily maybe every second week only. I just feel it‘s right and i keep on doing it. I start feel every hidden sugars in foods, and it feels strange. I was addicted to Coca Cola, but now i don‘t feel the need to drink it. I often grind some ginger, add some bags of mint tea and cook pot of strong tea with it. Put it in the fridge. Add a bit of it to mineral water to give it some flavour.i cook with garlic and 🌶 in plant oil to spice things up. It‘s becoming routine now and needs leas thinking than in the beginning. I walk through stores and think „damn all that „convenient“ stuff they try to put into peoples bodys just to get their money. Thanks Dr. Berg!

i already do this with cloves instead of cinnamon and hot, i make mine by the pot, very strong so i can cut with water when i drink it.

a pot last a week. i use the whole ginger, i clean it, pierce it and break it up some. which each fresh pot i piece and score it more and i use the ginger until all the flavor is boiled out. i use half-to-whole bag of lemons, one lemon i zest but i wash, slice and use the entire lemom. sometimes i ad cilantro. most of the time i make ginger tea, lemon tea, green, tea and i make a blend where i mix them all. got other folks hooked on it.

had to stop adding the honey to sweeten, thats my mistake. it s been shooting my a1c up:-( so well see how that works no.

gonna try the cinnamon (with and w/o the cloves)

This is a good shake. Bit of an acquired shake, but a shake nonetheless.
I do find that I have to constantly mix it though. Cinnamon and Ginger doesn't quite like to dissolve.
