Chocolate and ricotta cake: the bicolour dessert that will drive all gourmands crazy!

The result is just amazing! 
 • 2 eggs
 • ½ cup sugar
 • 1 cup sour cream
 • 1/2 tsp soda
 • 1 cup flour
 • 2 tbsp butter
 • 3 tbsp cocoa
 • salt
 • 500g curd
 • ½ cup sugar
 • 3 tbsp semolina
 • 3 eggs
 • 10g vanilla sugar

Beat eggs with sugar.  Add soda to sour cream and mix, add to eggs.
Add flour, cocoa, salt, butter and stir.
 Mix all the ingredients for the filling and beat with a blender.
 Grease the bottom of the dish with butter.  Lay out half of the dough.  Put the filling on the dough and put the second part of the dough on top. 
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
