Looks delicious! The only thing I ain't crazy about is adding oil to the water you're boiling pasta in because the cling in the starch of the pasta mixes with the sauce perfect to make it thicker. When you add the oil the noodles and the sauce don't mix so good because that starch goes away. And that sauce has a beautiful thick sheen to it too it looks great! I love an Alfredo sauce especially with a protein like Shrimp with it that's one of my favorite meals ever and this version looks like a flavorful & delicious one.
